What counts as a “small change”?
Things like updating text, swapping photos, changing hours, or adding a testimonial — the kind of updates you can send in a quick email. Larger additions (new pages, new features) are quoted separately so there are never surprise charges.
How fast do you respond?
Most requests are handled within 1–2 business days, and urgent issues (site down, broken form) are prioritized ahead of everything else.
Do I need a Red Bud-built website to get a care plan?
